The position

What we're looking for is someone to completely take control of our support team, which for the time being will solely consist of you, with some help from the rest of us. Providing amazing customer support is possibly the most crucial aspect of our business, so it can't be understated how important you will be to our success.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Replying to inquiries via email and Twitter from all over the world
  • Adding to and maintaining our Support Center
  • Working with the team to improve our overall customer experience

Excellent English-language writing skills are a must. Also note that we're specifically looking for someone in North America (EST) to maximize our prime business hours, but a Europe location would also be fine if you don't mind working later in the day.

  • Knowledge of domains, DNS and related topics
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience with Desk.com or similar software
