Promotional Terms & Conditions

The promotional price applies to the first year only of eligible new .COM domain registrations made during the promotional period.

The promotion is available only to customers who have not previously purchased a domain name through our services. A maximum of 2 eligible .COM domain registrations may be purchased at the promotional price per customer. The promotional price applies to a one (1) year registration term only. Any additional years are charged at the then-current standard registration price.

For purposes of determining eligibility and enforcing promotional limits, we may treat multiple accounts as belonging to the same customer where they share common ownership, control, contact details, payment methods, billing information, IP addresses, devices or other identifying characteristics.

Eligibility may be verified before or after registration. Where we reasonably determine that a customer was not eligible for the promotion, created multiple accounts to obtain additional discounted registrations, or otherwise engaged in abuse, fraud or circumvention of the promotion, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotional pricing, charge the difference between the promotional price and the applicable standard price, suspend or cancel affected registrations where permitted under our Terms, and take any other action reasonably necessary to enforce the promotion.

All registrations exceeding the promotional limit, registrations with a term exceeding one (1) year, and all registrations determined to be ineligible will be charged at the then-current standard registration price.

The promotional period, promotional pricing and availability of this offer may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
